Where do you ship from and what are the shipping costs?
All our snacks are sourced directly from centuries-old family businesses in Japan and shipped from our warehouse in Osaka. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout, though many of our subscription plans include free shipping.
Are the snacks in the box vegetarian or vegan-friendly?
While we strive to include a variety of snacks, many traditional Japanese treats contain gelatin, eggs, or seafood-based seasonings (like dashi). We provide a detailed Culture Guide in every box that lists all ingredients and common allergens for each snack.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! Once your box leaves our facility in Japan, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that international tracking may take 48-72 hours to update.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to skip a month, change your frequency, or cancel. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please ensure changes are made before your renewal date.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and international food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are the snacks authentic and high quality?
Absolutely. We partner directly with local Japanese snack makers, some of whom have been in business for over 200 years. We curate only premium, authentic snacks that are often unavailable outside of their specific regions in Japan.
